* [client] Fix Windows UI exiting on first launch
Bump the Wails fork to pick up netbirdio/wails#6, which stops
SetBackgroundColour from dereferencing a WebView2 controller that does
not exist yet. On first launch the theme service re-tints the Welcome
window while it is still being created, and losing that race made the
UI exit with no window.

Replace the temporary pin on emrcbrn/wails with the merge commit of
netbirdio/wails#6 on the fork's integration branch.
