Use colons for the per-browser lead-ins on the Record a HAR file page (#865)

Browse Source 
The per-browser export steps led each bold browser label with an em
dash. Switch to a colon so each bullet reads as a clean
label-then-instruction, consistent with the other bullet lists in the
docs. Wording is otherwise unchanged.

On Chrome and Edge, the plain **Save all as HAR** option includes sensitive headers, while **Save all as HAR (sanitized)** strips them. Use the sanitized version unless Support asks for the full capture.
