breken ba5c55f1a9 fix(proxy): keep bytes after PROXY UNKNOWN header 
When a trusted upstream sends "PROXY UNKNOWN\r\n", parseProxyProtocolHeader
returned the raw connection and discarded whatever followed the header in
the same read. The TLS ClientHello usually arrives in that same segment, so
it was lost, the SNI extraction failed on the truncated stream, and the
connection was dropped. The 5s parsing read deadline was also left set on
this path.

Wrap the connection so the remaining buffered bytes are replayed ahead of
the socket, and clear the read deadline, matching the other header
branches.

Aditya kumar singh f17612c5d9 fix: sanitize remoteConfigURL to prevent 400 Bad Request on bandwidth reports (#82) 
When REMOTE_CONFIG was provided with a trailing slash (e.g. .../gerbil/get-config/
or .../gerbil/), the old TrimSuffix logic failed to strip /gerbil/get-config
due to the trailing slash, resulting in invalid endpoint URLs like
http://pangolin:3001/api/v1/gerbil/get-config/gerbil/receive-bandwidth.

This caused Express/Traefik to return 400 Bad Request every 10 seconds.

Fix: Robustly strip trailing slashes before and after removing legacy subpaths
(/gerbil/get-config, /gerbil/receive-bandwidth, /gerbil).

Fixes #82

Aditya kumar singh 72d737ef4d fix: prevent panic on double Stop() of UDPProxyServer (#51) 
The UDPProxyServer.Stop() method was being called twice on every clean
shutdown — once via defer proxyRelay.Stop() in main() and once from
the shutdown errgroup goroutine — causing a 'close of closed channel'
panic.

The old guard using a bare select on s.ctx.Done() was ineffective: by
the second call the context was already cancelled, so both code paths
fell through unconditionally to close(s.packetChan), panicking.

Fix: wrap the entire Stop() body in a sync.Once so that all cleanup
(cancel, conn close, packetChan close) runs at most once regardless of
how many times or from how many goroutines Stop() is called.
