suffix that the collector strips. `internal/pdh` adds no suffix of its own.
The IIS rows have no `Occurrence` field, because no IIS object repeats an
instance name in one sample: IIS rejects duplicate site and application
pool names (`Web Service`, `APP_POOL_WAS`, `HTTP Service Request Queues`),
`W3SVC_W3WP` instances carry the worker process ID, and the overlapping
worker of a recycle has its own PID. A sample on this host had no
duplicates in these objects. If pdh logs dropped duplicates for an IIS
object, declare the field.
