# V4.2.12 – Configurable Rarity Probabilities + Admin Drop Override

## Global rarity probabilities
The Server Admin → ARTIFACT view now contains a **RARITY-CHANCEN** section.

The five percentages must add up to exactly 100%:

- Common
- Uncommon
- Rare
- Ultra Rare
- Special Illustration Rare

Defaults preserve the V4.2.11 distribution:

- Common: 58.00%
- Uncommon: 29.50%
- Rare: 9.90%
- Ultra Rare: 2.25%
- Special Illustration Rare: 0.35%

The values are stored in the existing runtime settings JSON. Existing installations therefore need no separate settings-table migration.

## Stable assigned rarity
A new `tasks.artifact_rarity` field stores the rarity actually assigned to a collectible. The worker assigns it before the image API call and keeps it for retries / later regeneration.

This is separate from `artifact_rarity_override`:

- `artifact_rarity_override`: optional Admin instruction for a gift
- `artifact_rarity`: actual permanently assigned tier for the collectible

Normal winner cards use the configured probability distribution. Once assigned, changing the distribution does not change their rarity.

## Admin gifts
ADMIN NFT DROP now offers:

- RANDOM / according to global chances
- COMMON
- UNCOMMON
- RARE
- ULTRA RARE
- SPECIAL ILLUSTRATION RARE

When a fixed tier is selected, all cards in that specific Admin-Drop request use that tier. Their artwork still receives the collector-diversity logic introduced in V4.2.10.

## APIs / gallery
The public artifact list and authenticated `MEINE NFTS` list now expose `rarity` for newly assigned collectibles. The UI displays it next to the artifact metadata.

- `Dockerfile.server`

No Customer-Service or Worker image rebuild is required.
