Maycon SantosandClaude Fable 5.1 92a2270373 [ci] Temporary branch workflow to profile the management unit suite ...

Runs the management unit tests per store engine on pushes to this
branch with a 45 minute budget, through tools/gotestsummary, and keeps
the raw go test -json events as an artifact. To be dropped before merge.
