Janek Härtter a6e154a9b3 [misc] Extend the copyright year to 2026 (#8169) 
The Windows installer shows LICENSE on its license page, where the
2022 copyright line reads as outdated. Extend the range to 2022-2026
in LICENSE, its REUSE copy, and the installer's LegalCopyright, keeping
2022 as the year of first publication.
