Subject: [PATCH] [client] Build UI release binaries with the production tag

The goreleaser UI configs passed no build tags, so every released
netbird-ui binary was compiled on the Wails !production path: WebView2 and
WebKit DevTools enabled, the browser context menu forced on, the Wails
default logger writing to stderr, build info dumped at startup, and the
FRONTEND_DEVSERVER_URL env var still honored, which proxies the frontend
from an arbitrary host instead of serving the embedded assets.

The Taskfile builds already pass -tags production, so mirror that in
.goreleaser_ui.yaml and .goreleaser_ui_darwin.yaml.
