26b05ef4c6 Add new UP and shorthand flags (#28) 
* Add new UP and shorthand flags

Adding new --dns-resolver-address and --external-ip-map to the up
 command and the new global shorthand flags for config,
 log level, management url, pre-shared key and setup key.

* update UP flags
