Update (external) reverse proxy docs (#624)

Browse Source 
- update (external) reverse proxy docs, added 'external' terminology to avoid confusion with the new internal reverse proxy feature
- add templates for combined container setups
- clearer clarifications (3478 needs to be publicy accessible etc)
