Subject: [PATCH] docs: update desktop app languages and point translators to
 Crowdin (#1041)

List the languages shipped since v0.75 (Ukrainian, Galician, Hebrew),
note right-to-left layout for Hebrew, and send translators to Crowdin
instead of pull requests.
