Update for PlatformMap.json to add missing core support (#318)

Adds cores to PlatformMap.json for platforms (closes #315):
* Family Computer = fceumm
* Super Famicom = snes9x
* TurboGrafx-16/PC Engine + Turbografx-16/PC Engine CD = mednafen_pce
* Neo Geo Pocket + Neo Geo Pocket Color = mednafen_ngp
* Wonderswan + Wonderswan Color = mednafen_wswan
* Nec PC-FX = mednafen_pcfx
