# Runtime secrets

Do not commit real secrets in this directory.

For `compose.commercial.yaml`, create:

- `secrets/license_token.txt` — token issued by the Universal License Platform
- `secrets/bulk_api_key.txt` — a long random bearer/API key for the bulk endpoint

Both paths are ignored by `.gitignore`.
